Where are you located?

I am located in Novi, Michigan, in the Metro Detroit area. I serve clients all over Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor. I ALSO travel for sessions, whether for seniors or branding clients. I’ve done senior sessions in Chicago and New York City, just to name a few.

Do you edit all of the photos?

YES! After your session, I cull and curate the images to make a cohesive gallery. I hand edit each image so that your finished photos will look like what you see on my website. Specific editing requests can also be made during your process.

What should we wear for our session?

No matter what type of session you’ve booked with me, I’ve got you covered! I offer session-specific what to wear guides for all of my clients, including branding, seniors and families. I also offer in-person wardrobe consultations for seniors and branding clients.

Can you explain your pricing?

Please contact me for full session-specific pricing guides for personal and commercial branding, seniors, and families. Personal branding and commercial sessions are custom-quoted, but begin at $750. I also offer an amazing selection of add-on services from hair and makeup application to prop sourcing, short-format film to personalized post-session strategy sessions.

Because I strongly believe in professional and heirloom-quality prints and products for seniors and families, my all-inclusive sessions include both digital files and the option to purchase heirloom-quality products (like beautifully crafted albums and custom framed artwork). AND, I offer optional in-person ordering appointments so that you never feel lost along the way.

Can we bring our pet to the session?

ABSOLUTELY! I love when my clients bring pets to their sessions, and you can see LOTS of dog love in my gallery portfolios for families, seniors and even branding. Typically we’ll photograph with your pet at either the beginning or end of the session. Be sure to mention this to me, so we can come up with our plan!

What if it rains on our session day?

We will stay in communication the day of your session, if the weather is looking iffy. As a boutique photographer, I leave a number of days available each week for reschedules. So, don’t worry - I will get you in!!

Where will we photograph our session?

As a lifestyle photographer, all newborn sessions will be held in the client’s home. This is the best place to capture your family’s beautiful story of new additions. For seniors, families, and branding clients, I have questionnaires and guidance to help us find the PERFECT location for your story, vibe, and personalities. I have many location suggestions, all over metro Detroit and Ann Arbor.

What rights do I have with the digital images?

As the creator of your images, I will retain copyright to all of my photos. BUT, when you purchase the digital images, you receive a full print and usage release to make prints, albums, share on social media, etc. For commercial clients, I offer digital usage and full commercial usage rights.
